Welcome to Tiny Tots Big Senses LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By using our website, services, or participating in any events, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

Tiny Tots Big Senses LLC offers private, self-pay pediatric occupational therapy services, sensory-based playgroups, and related educational resources. All services are provided by a licensed occupational therapist in the state of New Jersey.

2. Clinical Services vs. General Information

Tiny Tots Big Senses LLC provides occupational therapy services delivered by a licensed occupational therapist in the state of New Jersey. When you hire us for individualized services, the guidance and recommendations you receive are considered clinical in nature and are part of an occupational therapy plan of care tailored to your child.

However, any information shared on our website, through blog posts, newsletters, social media, or during community-based playgroups is intended for educational and general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized medical, therapeutic, or professional advice. Participation in sensory playgroups or other non-therapy events does not establish a therapist–client relationship.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payment is required at the time of booking or service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• All playgroups and services are self-pay.

• Superbills may be provided upon request after each service is rendered but are not guaranteed for every service or add-on.

• You are responsible for submitting superbills to your insurance company and understanding your out-of-network benefits.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are outlined in your service agreement. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be subject to a fee. Refunds for group events or services are not guaranteed once a booking is confirmed, except as required by law.

5. Photography and Media

By participating in our services or events, you may be asked to consent to photography or media use for promotional purposes. Consent is optional and will never be assumed.

6. Liability

While we make every effort to ensure safety and quality, participation in services, events, or playgroups is voluntary. Tiny Tots Big Senses LLC and its staff are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of participation, except where prohibited by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and materials — is the property of Tiny Tots Big Senses LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
