Playful Dads Playful Dads is a small-group series created specifically for fathers who want to be more present, confident, and connected, both at home and with other dads in the same season of life. In each group, dads will spend time with a pediatric OT learning straightforward, evidence-based strategies around sensory regulation and co-regulation, tools that make everyday parenting feel more manageable and more enjoyable. No jargon. No pressure. Just useful information you can actually use. You will not be talked AT, but information will be shared in a relatable way. There’s also space to connect with other fathers navigating similar responsibilities, stressors, and identity shifts. Conversation is open but there is never any pressure to share, speak, or participate beyond simply showing up. Just a low pressure way to be around other dads and share without shame.
