Playgroup Cancellation & Credit Policy

This policy applies to all bookings made on or after April 1, 2026.

Courtesy Credit Policy

Each family is eligible for one courtesy credit per calendar year for a missed or cancelled class. Requests for a courtesy credit must be made within 7 days of the missed class. Courtesy credits expire 90 days from the date they are issued, are subject to availability, and have no cash value.

Courtesy credits may not be applied to special events or specialty programming, including but not limited to holiday-themed events, Taylor Swift events, Emo Tots, photography groups, collaborative events, or other limited-capacity offerings.

Additional missed classes, cancellations, or unused credits are not eligible for refund or credit.

Refunds

All playgroup registrations are non-refundable. Any eligibility for credits or coupon codes is outlined in the General and Summer Playgroup Cancellation Policies.

General Playgroups (Year-Round)

For all playgroups outside of the Summer Playgroup Series:

• Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a coupon code equal to fifty percent (50%) of the amount paid, to be used toward a future Tiny Tots Big Senses playgroup.

• Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a one-time coupon code for ten percent (10%) off a future playgroup registration.

• No-shows may be eligible for a one-time coupon code for ten percent (10%) off a future playgroup registration.

• Refunds and credits are not issued for general playgroups.

• Coupon codes are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Tiny Tots Big Senses.

Summer Playgroup Series

For designated Summer Playgroup Series events:

• Cancellations made at least seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a credit equal to the amount paid.

• Credits may be applied only toward remaining Summer Playgroup Series events within the same season.

• All summer credits must be used by August 31, 2026. Any unused credit after this date will be forfeited.

• Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled event may be eligible for a one-time coupon code for ten percent (10%) off a future playgroup registration.

• No-shows may be eligible for a one-time coupon code for ten percent (10%) off a future playgroup registration.

• Coupon codes are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Tiny Tots Big Senses.

Requesting Credits or Coupon Codes

Credits and coupon codes are not issued automatically. Families must contact Tiny Tots Big Senses within seven (7) days of the scheduled playgroup date to request eligibility. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored.

Weather and Program Changes

Tiny Tots Big Senses reserves the right to relocate, reschedule, modify, or cancel a playgroup due to weather, safety concerns, instructor illness, low enrollment, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In the event Tiny Tots Big Senses cancels a playgroup, families will first be offered the option to attend a rescheduled session. If a family is unable to attend the rescheduled session, a credit or partial credit may be issued at the sole discretion of Tiny Tots Big Senses.

Tiny Tots Big Senses reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.
